This book explored the subject of the power of the line. It was an investigation into how the humble line plays its part in both art and design, and the much wider picture of human perception. It looks at how the human eye and brain deals with the idea of depth and the associated sensory cues and how designers and artists can use these for maximum effect.
The result was editorial design that resonated with the essence of the simplicity and dynamism of the line. In parts, both subtle and yet striking, making good use of space so as to promote the key aspects of the discussion further. Line and Visual Dynamics is a helpful and powerful tool as well as a smart, structured piece of editorial work.
